About the Role
Are you interested in leading a market and shaping the future of AI‑driven digital advertising?
This is an opportunity to lead PubMatic’s Central European business (DACH & Poland) at an important stage in our evolution. With strategic and commercial responsibility, you will define the growth agenda for one of our key EMEA regions, combining local market ownership with the backing of a global, publicly listed AdTech organisation.
You will play a visible role in supporting our transition to an AI‑powered, data‑driven technology business, bringing advanced solutions to market and contributing to the continued evolution of programmatic advertising.

What You’ll Do

Define and deliver PubMatic’s strategy across Central Europe (DACH & Poland), driving sustainable revenue growth while contributing to our AI‑enabled, data‑driven future. With market accountability, you will align regional priorities with broader EMEA and global objectives.

Lead new business development and strategic account growth across publishers, agencies, and buyers. By balancing market expansion with long‑term partnership development, you will help unlock new revenue streams and strengthen PubMatic’s regional position.

Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal to bring AI‑driven capabilities and data solutions to market in a compliant and client‑focused way.

Drive operational excellence across the region, supporting strong execution, effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and high levels of client satisfaction through data‑informed decision making.

Represent PubMatic within the regional industry ecosystem, contributing to discussions on AI and the future of digital advertising while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.

- Experience leading regional commercial or sales strategies with accountability for revenue performance.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising and the broader digital media ecosystem, with the ability to communicate complex AdTech solutions clearly.
- Knowledge of the DACH digital advertising market and experience building relationships across publishers, agencies, or brands.
- Experience developing senior‑level partnerships using a consultative, solution‑focused approach.
- Comfort working with data, forecasting, and pipeline management tools to inform strategy and performance.
- Experience using AI‑enabled tools or data‑driven insights to support decision‑making and commercial outcomes.
- Experience building, developing, or mentoring teams and contributing to an inclusive and accountable culture.
- Experience representing an organisation externally at industry events or forums is beneficial.
- Experience operating within an international or matrixed organisation is beneficial.
- Professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
