Programmatic Account Manager (AdTech)

We’re looking for a Client Services Partner to join our Amsterdam-based Advertiser Solutions team. In this role, you’ll play a hands-on part in bringing programmatic deals to life, working at the intersection of data, technology, and trading. You’ll partner closely with agencies and brands to optimise campaigns, unlock growth opportunities, and turn performance insights into measurable impact across the PubMatic platform.

 

What you’ll focus on

  • End-to-end post-sale campaign management, including deal approval, activation, optimisation, and renewal
  • Deal setup, campaign launches, pacing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimisation
  • Performance analysis and data-led recommendations to support key business outcomes
  • Weekly and monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, and inventory performance analysis
  • Hands-on trading and optimisation across demand-side platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or similar
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Strategy, Addressability, Trading, and Deal Desk teams
  • Support with supply path optimisation initiatives, proposal development, and performance tracking
  • Driving process improvements, maintaining documentation, and embedding operational best practices
 

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Programmatic Trading, Client Services, or Account Management within ad tech (typically around 3+ years)
  • Hands-on experience with major demand-side platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying and selling, pricing models, and optimisation strategies
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence analysing and interpreting campaign performance data
  • Experience with Salesforce or reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI (preferred)
  • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch
  • An existing network within agencies and publishers, or the ability to build strong industry relationships
