We’re looking for a commercially driven, strategically minded programmatic leader to help shape and grow our DSP partnerships across EMEA.
This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of key DSP relationships, particularly mid-tier and emerging platforms - turning potential into meaningful, scalable revenue. You’ll sit at the heart of commercial strategy, partner collaboration, and cross-functional execution, playing a visible role in shaping how we scale DSP demand across the region.

What you’ll focus on
Growing Strategic DSP Partnerships
- Build and deepen relationships with emerging and strategic DSP partners, earning credibility with senior commercial and trading teams.
- Scale mid-tier and challenger accounts from early-stage engagement into consistent, material revenue contributors.
- Prioritise partnerships based on growth potential and long-term strategic value.
- Lead structured business reviews and forward planning conversations grounded in clear data, measurable goals, and shared objectives.
Commercial Leadership & Negotiation
- Own commercial discussions including supply agreements, incentive structures, and investment commitments.
- Develop clear revenue forecasts and business cases to support partnership growth and internal planning.
- Balance commercial confidence with long-term relationship building — knowing when to push, when to collaborate, and when to protect value.
- Communicate roadmap plans clearly and responsibly, aligning partner expectations with delivery realities.
Programmatic & Market Expertise
- Act as a trusted partner to DSP trading, supply, and product teams.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of programmatic buying across display, CTV, online video, and in-app environments.
- Confidently navigate conversations around auction dynamics, supply pathways, and performance drivers.
- Identify and help resolve performance challenges that may impact scale or efficiency.
Operational Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Publisher teams to remove blockers and drive execution.
- Maintain operational rigour across onboarding, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure commercial commitments are realistic, aligned, and fully supported internally.
Market Insight & Leadership
- Stay close to programmatic market developments and evolving buyer needs to inform account strategy.
- Share actionable partner feedback that shapes product priorities and go-to-market direction.
- Bring strong judgement, commercial maturity, and a high level of ownership to a dynamic, evolving market.
We’d love you to have
- Significant experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong focus on DSP partnerships or demand-side commercial roles.
- A track record of growing strategic partnerships and delivering measurable revenue impact.
- Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and structure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Deep understanding of auction mechanics, supply paths, performance optimisation, and the broader ad tech ecosystem.
- Strong forecasting, analytical, and business case development skills.
- The confidence to engage senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
