PubMatic is looking for a Senior Manager who brings both firepower and finesse. This is your chance to step into a visible, influential role in one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving digital advertising markets in the world.
Based in Hong Kong, you’ll be the direct line between PubMatic and top-tier advertisers across Hong Kong and mainland China - brands that are ready enhance their presence across global markets including APAC, EMEA and the Americas.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategic conversations with brands and advertisers across Hong Kong and China who are ready to elevate their programmatic strategies globally.
- Develop tailored pitches that resonate - built around insight, not templates.
- Work directly with decision-makers to align our tech with their business outcomes.
- Partner with global product and leadership teams to influence ad solutions that match real market needs.
- Inspire and educate - showing brands what they might be missing by overlooking PubMatic.
- Build and nurture key relationships through face-to-face meetings, strategic planning sessions and industry touchpoints across the region.
- Represent PubMatic at key events across Greater China and APAC - becoming the go-to name for programmatic innovation.
- Collaborate closely with our internal tech, operations, and service teams to deliver seamless execution, from pitch to post-campaign success.
Who You Are:
- Experienced. You’ve worked in digitally-led brand, agency or AdTech roles, ideally in DSP, SSP, or enterprise media sales environments.
- Connected. You’ve built genuine relationships with advertisers and brand-side leaders across Greater China.
- Strategic. You understand both the buy-side and sell-side, and can translate between commercial and technical conversations with ease.
- Consultative. You don’t pitch - you listen, learn and guide.
- Confident. You’re comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders and navigating high-stakes meetings.
- Proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to do - you lead.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese a plus) — and confident operating in both local and international business settings.
- Self-driven. You thrive in a fast-moving, autonomous environment, and aim to make your own mark.
