Customer Success Manager, AdTech
About the Role
Customer Success Managers are the primary owners of PubMatic’s global Publisher base. You’ll have a focus on OTT/CTV/video, developing strategic partnerships with our premium OTT/CTV/Video Publishers/Partners to grow their digital advertising business, focusing on the programmatic revenue opportunity.
Through regular check-ins, rigorous performance analyses, cross-functional project management and industry event attendance, CSMs are seen as programmatic OTT/CTV/Video specialists and advisors.

- Own a portfolio of top-tier OTT/CTV/Video publishers — drive growth, manage risk, and build strategic plans for long-term success.
- Champion a programmatic-first strategy by using your data skills and industry insight to shape smart advertising solutions.
- Hit your goals (and then some) while delivering exceptional support and value to PubMatic’s publisher partners.
- Deepen your tech know-how in the OTT/CTV/video space — from ad serving to live streaming setups.
- Be a mentor and team player, sharing your knowledge to help colleagues and clients grow.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and specialists to craft business plans with clear goals and measurable impact.
We’d Love for You to Have
- 3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales role — ideally in ad tech, media, or publishing.
- An understanding of programmatic advertising and industry trends — you don’t need to be an expert!
- Background in media agencies or programmatic sales.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with RTB, PMP, header bidding, OTT/CTV, or different ad formats — but not a must.
- Comfortable with tools like Excel and confident presenting ideas to clients.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments and bring a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Experience growing client relationships and working with decision-makers.
- Fluent in Chinese or a Southeast Asian language.
